Ideal traditional hotel in great location on the sea front. Immensely pleasant staff and very very good and lovely breakfast with plenty of options.

Breakfast is not included in the price. The janitor leaves at 8:00 p. m. The valet leaves at 9:00 p. m.

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and dedicated so that the customer finds total satisfaction to their expectations, the bar is English type and we loved that. Breakfasts are of the same level as the hotel

The parking system is not well solved, although it is not easy to park since they have little space. But perhaps with more staff, it could be improved, But they do what they can.

We have retained through you 2 rooms at 254 and 279 euros including vat. In reality, In fact, we were charged 254 and 279 euros vat of 10% not included and so we paid extra: there is deception on your offer.

Enjoyed our rooms with lovely marble bathroom. The breakfast was gorgeous, had great meals. The staff were useful, beautiful location to check out everything was flawless. The service was good, totally satisfied.

The location is remarkable. The least access to the hotel parking lot.

The access in front of the hotel is very narrow !it is necessary to know the place well!!!!!!!

Everything was very good, it's clean and charming old hotel. I was offered a delicious breakfast with good view out over the Concha.

Consider enjoying the sunset from the terrace bar, it's a hidden gem that enhances the stay with amazing views.

bedding would encourage you to stay in bed;) breakfast is sumptuous, the staff takes care of you and cares about your tastes before you even arrive! as for the environment, there are the most beautiful views of San Sebastian

Not bad, but the coffee leaves something to be desired! A little light!

Lunch is not included in the price of the room and on the other hand the parking with a rather expensive price if you want to spend several days in the hotel!

Fine beachfront views and wonderful location!

The location couldn't be better, right near tapas bars and the beach. The staff was attentive and provided us with great local recommendations. One downside was the outdated soap dispensers in the bathroom, a bit inconvenient to use.
